Natural Childbirth Education
The truth is that healthy, low-risk, holistic pregnancies and births do not happen out of thin air. They require education, commitment, and intention as far in advance as possible - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Invest in the health of yourself and your baby with a comprehensive, in-person childbirth education class. You’ll also get to meet other local expecting couples!
In-person classes meet in Bowie on Sundays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for 6 weeks.
There is also a virtual class option (join from anywhere!) that meets via Zoom on Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for 6 weeks.

Birth Doula Packages
Reserving me as your doula grants unlimited access to support via calls and text to navigate concerns that may arise throughout pregnancy. We will have 1-2 prenatal visits (depending on your package) where I provide birth education, make guided recommendations, and discuss your birthing desires as they evolve. Once active labor begins, I provide hands-on physical and emotional support throughout the duration of your birth via unmedicated comfort techniques, holistic materials, an encouraging feminine presence, and advocacy.

-1 prenatal education visit + birth attendance = $1500
-2 prenatal education visits + birth attendance = $1650

Lactation Support
Breastfeeding is natural, but it often doesn’t come naturally. It requires attention, consistency, mindful practice, patience, and technique.
As a certified breastfeeding specialist, I am educated and trained to assist with the following:
-breast/nipple pain
-latch difficulties
-positional optimization
-pumping tips and tricks
